Blackspring Ridge II – 300 MW

The 300 MW Blackspring Ridge II Wind Project is being developed on private land located in Southern Alberta 50 km north of the City of Lethbridge. The project is adjacent to Greengate’s 300 MW Blackspring Ridge I Wind Project. Located on a high ridge with an extended high plateau consisting of rolling farm land and grazing land, the project has an excellent wind resource based on data collected since February 2008.
